Joe is committed to continuing as a professional full-time PM practitioner. He leads a corporate software development staff of 22. He also teaches practical application and PMP exam prep. Based on this level of commitment, Joe acts as a conduit from the workplace to deliver high-impact techniques. As a musician and professional speaker, Joe is also committed to infusing the art and creativity into his programs to make for highly effective learning experiences.

2 Mutually Beneficial & Ethical Profit Share
As a board member and PMP Joe holds himself to the highest ethical standards. He asks to be considered based on the same vendor selection criteria as any other vendor submitting and RFP. While custom financial arrangements can be easily accommodated, Joe’s standard involves the chapter procuring the venue and food. EQ Seminars procures everything else. Profits are then split equally after cost.

Joe has been a PMI board member for 7 years. This includes two years each as VP of Membership, then Programs, then President. Combine this experience with two decades of professional implementation planning and years of experience in implementing programs for chapters and you have a partner that will be a delight to work with.

Profit Share and Flat Fee Event Types:
• Seminar: Full-day or half-day profit sharing arrangement.
• Event Kick-Off: Highly inspirational multi-media 30 to 60 minute presentation for a reasonable flat fee.

Partnering Events - No Charge Just Help with Travel Costs:
• Symposium: One and a half hour session provided as a short interactive seminar.
• Practitioner Support: Two hour session provided as a short interactive seminar specifically for PMPs.
• Webinar: Video/ Teleconference sixty minute interactive presentation.
• Chapter Presentation: Highly informative and motivational sixty minute session for chapter meetings.

Professional Education Events:
• PMP Prep Classes: Professional Adult learning classes focusing on Project Management Certification.

• All events qualify for PDUs equal to the amount of hours of the presentation.
• Event types can be paired to increase profit share event attendance.
